The Fashion Institute of Technology Museum has an amazing exhibit on the history of lingerie. According the Museum, 'Exposed: A History of Lingerie examines intimate apparel from the 18th century to the present, featuring over 70 of the most delicate, luxurious, and beautifully crafted objects from the museum’s permanent collection. Each piece illustrates key developments in fashion, such as changes in silhouette, shifting ideals of propriety, and advancements in technology.' The AWESOME exhibit is.... FREE!
After, we will head to Build-A-Bear on
5th Ave and 46th street around 4:30, where we will create our own stuffies (you MUST kiss the heart with love. Unless you want an evil stuffie, just ask me about Mister George) and buy outfits.
