It's been a busy week, both in "real life" and for SSASE! We hosted the amazing Submissive Charm School intensive on 10/18, which was a huge hit. Definitely look forward to the follow up class, Submissive Finishing School, in a few months! Thanks again to Sarah for presenting such a great class! Since then, we've been busy with plans for a MAJOR event happening in December (!!!) and getting ready for one of our patented SSASE Super Saturdays. We hope you join us for our action packed day of great social events, followed by the return- by popular demand- of our Submissive Girl's Guide to Parties class! It's going to be a busy day, full of tons of fun! Don't miss out!
In "real life", things are finally starting to really get in to the groove for my relatively new co-habitation with the Mister. The transition was not easy, for a variety of factors, but I'm delighted to say that each day just gets better and better. I've been feeling very grateful and lucky lately, and he just keeps giving me reasons to feel that way. There have definitely been some grand romantic gestures recently (it WAS my birthday, after all!), but I think it's the smaller, simpler everyday things that really show me his true character. Everyday I find new reasons to fall in love with him again! :) I keep being inspired by his actions to try to be my best for him, because I want him to feel that appreciation and admiration. It is incredibly reassuring to feel like we are through the "transition period", and that we are now in the real beginning of this new chapter of our lives together.
What about you? What transitions have you been through recently in your life? How did your D-type help you through that time? What about that situation made you feel especially grateful? Share your stories!
Soft Smiles! ;) -Victoria
